Oculus Innovative Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: OCLS) shares retraced on Thursday to close down 12.03 percent. The stock traded about 3.8 million shares. On Wednesday the company announced an offering to sell securities to select accredited investors for aggregate gross proceeds of $2.2 million. Oculus intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration have cleared the company’s new Microcyn Scar Management HydroGel.

AMR Corporation (OTC: AAMRQ) shares closed up 4.23 percent on Thursday on over 37 million shares. Friday is the last day that shares of AMR Corp. (AAMRQ.PK) and US Airways (NYSE:LCC) will trade separately before the newly merged airline, American Airlines Group, will begin trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker AAL on Monday.

Precision Drilling Corporation (NYSE: PDS) shares closed down 9.04 percent on Thursday on nearly 6 million shares traded. The stock had one of the largest volume increases and percentage decreases on the NYSE. The stock’s largest shareholder exited its entire position in the oilfield services company. Precision said in a statement that Alberta Investment Management Co (AIMCo) sold its entire 15% stake in an overnight transaction.

Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. (NYSE: TC) shares closed down 7.30 percent on Thursday, making it about 17 percent in losses in the last two trading days. The stock traded about 5.1 million shares and was one of the largest percentage droppers on the NYSE. TD Securities reiterated its "reduce" rating and price target of C50 cents.
