(CNSX: GNR) ("Gener8" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into an agreement with European Investor Relations firm Accent Marketing, headed by Joerg Schweizer. Accent Marketing has a variety of North American clients in technology and resources, and has strong relationships with investors, market makers and brokers in Europe and beyond.

In connection with this agreement, Gener8 is granting Joerg Schweizer 100,000 warrants, 50,000 of which were issued on December 2, 2013. As well as these warrants granted, Gener8 issued 2,492,500 options to its employees. These options were set at the closing share price on December 2, 2013.
