The Company today reported that due to the latest of the season and the possibility of weather conditions negatively impacting the ability its planned exploration program on the Big Range property management has decided to postpone the program until the spring.

In light of this delay, management has commenced a search for undervalued resource assets, focusing on opportunities that exhibit the potential to generate early cash flow. Management is keeping this search as broad based as possible and has not at this time limited the search to any particular region or metal.
