All matters represented to the shareholders were approved. The board members re-elected were Mr. Clement Forget, Mr. Normand Beauregard, and Mrs. Lisane Dostie who was also re-elected Chairperson and Corporate Secretary. Two new Directors were elected, Mr. Jan Stefan Roell, President of the company Zwick/Roell of Ulm, Germany and Mr. Yves Bassat, Delegated General Manager of RAL Diagnostics SAS in France.
