The sale would equate to $4.7 billion by a group led by its largest shareholder, Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd.

BlackBerry Limited (Nasdaq: BBRY) - shares of BlackBerry Limited rose from a 10-month low on Monday after it was announced that the Company has signed a letter of intent with Fairfax to negotiate a sale that could take BlackBerry private. Under the proposed terms, Blackberry would receive $9 in cash for each share from Fairfax. BlackBerry traded over 100 million shares yesterday.
Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB: ELTP) – shares dropped 12.23% yesterday on a little over 12 million shares traded. Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company, principally engages in the research, development, and licensing of proprietary controlled-release drug delivery systems and product.
