Val-d'Or, Quebec, September 12, 2013, - Knick Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: KNX) is pleased to announce on August 30, 2013 at the companies Annual General Meeting Mr. Robert C. Bryce was elected as a new director to the board of Knick.
Mr. R.C. Bryce, Eng, MBA, has a BSc. in Mining Engineering from the University of Toronto (1960) and an MBA from Western University (1964). He has many years of experience in the mining industry in terms of its aspects, technical practice and management.
From 1975 to 1990 he led the Selbaie project from advanced exploration to mine production of 5,000 tonnes per day. Selbaie was the largest base metal mine in Quebec for nearly a quarter century.
From 1990 to 1994, Mr. Bryce was Vice President, Mining for Aur Resources, Val d'Or, Quebec. He led the project development stage of the deposit, $280 million, to the operation of the Louvicourt Mine which produced 4,000 tons per day of Cu-Zn-Ag-Au ore.
Mr. Bryce founded ABE Resources, a publicly listed company, in 1996 and chaired until 2007. He has also previously served on the board of several junior other listed companies.
As we progress with the Trecesson Gold Property toward developing mining resources, I feel the addition of Mr. Robert C. Bryce with his experience, in the pre-production and production development of mines is an invaluable asset toward Knick reaching its' goals.
