Board of Directors has been received. Mr.Townley resides in Terrace, British Columbia.
His business acumen and knowledge of the mining, construction and industrial sectors as well as his
experience in mining equipment and screen processing systems will be most beneficial to the company.
Mr. Townley has accepted the appointment by the Board of Directors to be a member of the "Audit Committee" for the company joining Scott Thomson and Irvin J Olsen.
