February 28, 2013 Global Green Matrix Corporation ("Global Green" or the "Company") - TSX Venture: GGX - today announced it has entered into an agreement with Inergy Plus Technologies Inc. of San Antonio, Texas ("IPT") whereby Global Green has agreed to end and transfer its exclusive license agreement to use and market the PowerMaster technology and equipment it signed with IPT dated December 10, 2011 (see News Release dated December 13, 2011).
Global Green has agreed to transfer the exclusive license on the condition that IPT give substantially the same license to 0 Waste 2 Energy Canada Ltd. ("0 Waste"). The Company further announces that it has signed an agreement dated February 26, 2013 with 0 Waste whereby 0 Waste agrees to use its best efforts to market the Power Master technology in Canada and further agrees to pay Global Green the sum of $150,000 payable in instalments on the sale of the first three units of the Power Master in the licensed area.
With the company's growing oilfield service business operating under its 100% wholly owned subsidiary Intercept Rentals which operates truck and trailer mounted water heating units called "BIG HEAT", the Management and Board of Directors believe that focusing on its operations in the Western Canadian Oilfields is the best way to increase shareholder value.
Randy Hayward, President and CEO noted that; "While we currently have two "BIG HEAT" water heating units operating and generating revenue in Alberta, our short term goal is to purchase an additional three units thus giving us a total of five fully operational and in the field by the fall of 2013."
