Global Green Matrix Corporation ("Global Green" or the "Company") - TSX Venture: GGX - announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, 1503826 Alberta Ltd., carrying on business as Intercept Rentals, has taken delivery of an additional heating unit. Fueled by propane, GGX's trailer mounted unit is designed to meet the challenges presented by winter conditions and remote well sites.

Randy Hayward, President and CEO, states: "The addition of another heating unit will enable Global Green to meet the increasing demand of the oil and gas industry to heat water used for fracking purposes. With plans to acquire additional heating units, we are committed to grow our revenue and shareholder value with respect to Oilfield Services in Canada and the United States."
