Global Green Matrix Corporation ("Global Green" or the "Company") - TSX Venture: GGX - (the "Company") held its Annual General and Special Meeting of the shareholders (the "Meeting") on Thursday January 10, 2013.

Thirty-six shareholders representing 28.12% of the issued and outstanding shares (the "Shares") of the Company were represented by proxy or appointed proxy holders.

The Company would like to thank all the shareholders for their continued support and is pleased to confirm the election of Randy Hayward, Richard Oravec, Greg Pendura, Herbert Towning and Bijay Singh as directors of Global Green Matrix Corp. The Company also re-appointed K.R. Margetson Ltd. as the auditor of the Company for the ensuing year.

The Company further received shareholders' approval at the Meeting for a potential share consolidation on a basis of up to one post-consolidation Share for every two pre-consolidation Shares or such lesser ratio as the Board of Directors may determine. The Board of Directors may determine whether or not to proceed with the consolidation at its discretion.

As of today's date, there are 80,966,462 shares outstanding. On completion, at the highest consolidation ratio, there would be an aggregate of approximately 40,483,231 Shares issued and outstanding.
