Additionally, the company’s Chief Executive, Dan Hesse, announced that the company has sold one million smartphones running LTE. The company is strengthening its grip in the LTE market, but it still has to go a long way as it is lagging behind its competitors.

Citigroup Inc.(NYSE:C) shares climbed 0.03% to $33.68 in the early hour. The nation's commodity futures regulator last week fined Citigroup Inc $525,000 for greater than speculative position limits in wheat futures contracts. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission order finds that on several occasions in December 2009 Citigroup held aggregate net long positions in a wheat contract traded on the Chicago Board of Trade in excess of the agency's speculative position limits.

Morgan Stanley(NYSE:MS) shares gained 1.14% to $17.27 in the morning hour.
