ENPAR Completes Agreement for Sale of ESD Water Treatment System to Jukam of South Korea

April 23, 2012, Guelph, Ontario. Dr. Gene Shelp, President and CEO of ENPAR Technologies Inc. (TSX:ENP) ("ENPAR" or "the Company"), is very pleased to announce that the Company has executed an agreement with JUKAM Machinery Co., Ltd. (JUKAM) of the Republic of Korea for the purchase of a full-scale ENPAR ESD System.

Designed to treat wastewater and industrial process water, the state-of-the-art, 112 m3/day ESD unit achieves high rate removal of total dissolved solids with a 90% water recovery. Developed as a scalable system, increased water volume can be accommodated readily with additional ESD modules. Following verification of the efficiency of the full-scale unit, ENPAR and JUKAM anticipate additional orders for ESD systems having application to the domestic, agricultural, industrial and municipal drinking water and waste water markets.

JUKAM is a leading design and build engineering firm specializing in residential, commercial, industrial and municipal engineering projects with annual revenues of US $85,000,000.
