TORONTO, CANADA--December 23, 2011--ISee3D Inc. (TSX-V: ICT), (the "Company") advises that Don Stevenson, a director, has voluntarily submitted his resignation, effective immediately.
During a review of his appointment, certain technical issues under TSXV policies arose and, as a result, Mr. Stevenson has resigned pending their resolution. His re-appointment as a director will be resubmitted once these issues have been dealt with.
