As a company spokesperson noted, Karam had to temporarily close Zaatar after the restaurant experienced some water damage. While he didn't want to close his beloved Middle Eastern restaurant, Karam knew he had to in order to repair the damage and make sure it was safe again for his valued customers.
Karam and his staff are looking forward to the grand re-opening on September 10, and getting the chance to serve regular and new customers alike their delicious and authentic Lebanese food. While Zaatar will initially re-open for lunch and catering services only, they will to return to serving dinner again soon.
From their scrumptious appetizers including classics like Hummus, Baba Ghanouj and Falafel to the Kafta Sandwich, Chicken Shawarma Sandwich and more, customers can rest assured that at Zaatar, they are enjoying authentic Lebanese food made with only the freshest ingredients.
