Monday, 12 February 2018 02:05 PM

FORT PIERCE, FL / ACCESSWIRE / February 12, 2018 / Twin Vee PowerCats, Inc. (OTC PINK: TVPC) is set to return to the Miami International Boat Show from February 15 - 19, 2018 at the Miami Marine Stadium Park & Basin on Virginia Key, located at Booth 137 on the water at Pier 1. There, Twin Vee will be displaying three of its newest boat models: the 310 Go Fish (GF), the 360 GF, and the new 260 SE. The Twin Vee Design and Product Team led by Preston Yarborough has redesigned nearly every aspect of Twin Vee's popular OceanCat model lineup. "Today's Twin Vees do not resemble the Twin Vees built for the past 23 years. The NEW Twin Vee's have molded, insulated fish boxes, integrated back supports with rod holders, powder coating options, gel coat color options, premium tackle storage, high-quality upholstery packages that include bolster seats, newly designed T-tops with integrated lights, speakers, and storage. The list of new standards and options goes on and on. You really need to come and see our NEW Twin Vees. Let us take you on a test ride and I can confidently state that any image of the old Twin Vees will be erased from your memory when you experience how we have redesigned these great riding boats," said Yarborough.

The Miami International Boat Show is an annual event produced by the National Marine Manufacturers Association. Now in its 77th year, the Miami International Boat Show is expected to attract an estimated 100,000 boating enthusiasts from around the world and feature nearly 1,400 boats. This year, the boat show will also include a VIP lounge, more food and beverage options, and hands-on skill training workshops.

"The Miami International Boat Show is the perfect venue for showcasing the incredible strides Twin Vee has made in the past few years. We're excited the public will have the opportunity to see a sampling of the amazing build quality and design of our power catamarans for themselves," says Joseph Visconti, President of Twin Vee PowerCats, Inc. Twin Vee will be offering free rides on all three of their OceanCats so clients and potential customers can experience what they refer to as "The Best Riding Boats on Water."

The first Twin Vee boat on display will be the OceanCat310 GF, a spacious and fuel-efficient boat that furnishes a top-notch user experience. "Equipped with twin Suzuki 300 horsepower motors that are mounted on our company's twin hulls, the 310 GF offers an unparalleled stable ride," states Preston Yarborough, Director of Product Development for Twin Vee. The expansive interior comes complete with bench seating and larger deck space compared to boats of equal length due to its nine-foot, six-inch beam. "Avid fishers will also enjoy the forward Coffin Box with four-inch insulation, a 50-gallon live well, a 300-quart fish box, storage area, a six-gallon fresh water wash down tank, over thirty rod holders, and 360-degree fishability around the boat," adds Yarborough. Visconti believes it is most affordable offshore, deep sea fishing platform available on the market today.

The second boat that can be seen at the Miami International Boat Show this year is the OceanCat 360 GF. Yarborough states that "while the OceanCat 360 Go Fish has the broadest beam, due to the efficiency of its twin-hull design, the boat is extremely quick and responsive. The 360 GF is powered by all-new twin Suzuki AP 350 horsepower motors. These new Suzuki motors are lightweight and fuel-efficient." Additionally, the 360 GF offers comfort and amenities, such as dual live wells, an over-sized insulated fish box, an eleven foot, eight-inch beam, plenty of seating and room to entertain family and friends out on the water and is an ideal trailerable open tournament fishing boat.

Finally, Twin Vee will showcase its all-new baby blue OceanCat 260 SE. With its solid, hand-laminated multi-hull construction, the 260 SE delivers stability and wave handling that outperforms larger watercraft, especially on open seas. Twin Vee's unique foam-filled, self-bailing power catamaran design is safe, versatile, and easy to operate. "One of the more popular models with consumers, the new 260 SE is packed with new standard features while maintaining its industry-busting low price," says Visconti. The 260 SE comes equipped with built-in molded fiberglass storage and upholstered seating and Matching custom-designed Llebroc adjustable chairs at the helm. "We're personally excited about the redesigned fishing station that incorporates a 50-gallon live bait well with a prep area. The prep area even features built-in quick-access tool storage and tackle drawers, inset cutting-board and freshwater washdown," mentions Yarborough. "People coming to visit us at the boat show will definitely be in for a treat."

Visconti has seen a seismic shift in the marine industry as of late. "We all know the Freeman Boatworks has dominated the offshore power catamaran space with their larger cats. But now, Invincible Boats is producing a dual hull power catamaran after building single hull boats for thirteen years. This is just an example of a trend we're seeing from boat manufacturers that are transitioning from exclusively constructing single hull offshore boats to now including dual hull catamarans in their model lineup. It appears that they are finally discovering what Twin Vee has known for 23 years: that dual hull technology provides superior ride quality, better fuel efficiency, and more deck space while at the same time offering the smoothest ride on the water," said Visconti.
