Mr. Baoyuan Yang, CEO of Wina North American Co., Ltd., said of the collaboration with NobleCare Energy Inc., ''Jointly, we are now mobilized to efficiently and effectively serve our North American customers with groundbreaking customer benefits of price, delivery capability, and performance for energy storage projects to improve their economics and dependability in both the new construction and retrofit arenas.''

NobleCare Energy customers include their existing distributors, project owners, project developers, and project integrators/installers. Specifications on the product line can be found at www.noblecareenergy.com for the following products:

  • LiFePO4 energy storage battery series and battery pack
  • LiFePO4 power battery series and battery pack
  • NMC battery and battery pack
  • BMS control system
  • Household, multi-residential energy storage series
  • Large industrial, commercial, and institutional energy storage systems

''WINA is a highly respected global lithium battery brand and a top tier manufacturer in China,'' said Richard Morris, Co-Founder of NobleCare Energy. ''We are very excited to be partnering with WINA to serve our customers and help bring about technological transformation in energy storage, enhance energy security and grid resilience and also lower energy bills.''

WINA lithium batteries are top-tier commercial products that facilitate energy storage solutions for a range of needs and are readily integrated with other commercially available equipment and energy management systems currently in the market. WINA's line of batteries is used to integrate with solar PV installations for energy storage, peak shaving (kWh) and demand reduction (kW) initiatives. WINA's line of batteries may also be integrated with grid management systems to help enhance load balancing, frequency regulation, power quality, voltage control and system resilience. Many customers will use WINA batteries for demand response projects, in arbitrage environments, and as battery backup systems.

The price per kilowatt-hour of WINA lithium batteries is expected to be below the market price forecasted by Bloomberg New Energy Finance. Furthermore, WINA is differentiating itself by providing shipping guarantees of 60 days rather than the many months of wait time for certain types of lithium batteries that the market has experienced over the past years. There is an immediate supply of lithium batteries available for projects as WINA's North American warehouse is located in Southern Ontario, Canada.

"Our main market such as project; developers, integrators, dealers, and installers in the transportation, industrial, commercial, institutional, solar and utility sectors will benefit greatly from WINA's technical performance, product delivery schedule and price guarantees," remarked Mr. Baoyuan Yang.

Richard Morris commented, ''These groundbreaking benefits of performance, fast delivery capability, and customer-driven pricing that are now in place offer advantages to all of our customers. However, utility and renewable energy projects will find our product offerings compelling due to our ability to serve projects of any scope or order volumes in a timely manner. NobleCare Energy has now commenced a prequalification process for businesses that can join our dealers network to further enhance our ability to meet customer transaction timelines.''

''Energy storage industry project developers, project owners, project integrators, and installers have been waiting for this kind of good news to grow their businesses and reduce their customers' costs and energy bills. Our warehousing facilities in Southern Ontario will also help with faster, lower cost shipping to our North American customers,'' remarked Michael Jia, Finance Manager at WINA.

NobleCare Energy is predicting that with more competition and new battery chemistry developments in the energy sector, there will be growing demand for solar projects to be integrated with energy storage systems such that electricity can be routinely stored in off-peak hours when the grid price per kWh is at its lowest and used during peak hours when grid price per kWh is at its highest. NobleCare Energy expects this strategy will better enable intermittent clean and renewable power sources like solar, wind and various types of clean energy to be added to the grid supply mix to reduce ratepayer price impacts.

NobleCare Energy will collaborate with project developers and project integrators, and other North American market participants to demonstrate how WINA storage batteries can be used to capture and store excess energy, and then provide it back to the grid or customers' load as needed.

''WINA is proud to be deepening our relationship, investment and partnership in North America through this agreement,'' said Baoyuan Yang. ''These actions have the potential to grow the capacity, reliability, and capability of individuals and businesses as well. This will make it easier to improve dependability of renewable and clean power sources such as solar and wind, as well as combined heat and power projects. This is good news for the environment and the economies of both China and North America.''
