Vascular Surgeon, Mr Parameswaran Sridhar MBBS, FRCS, has developed his unique and exclusive procedure - 'Tumescent Foam Sclerotherapy' - for treating a range of troublesome, uncomfortable and unsightly leg veins in one single session. Tumescent Foam Sclerotherapy combines the gold standard EVLA (Endovenous Laser Ablation) with foam sclerotherapy; using just one entry point to deliver both the laser and the foam sclerotherapy treatment for a more comprehensive result than could be achieved with either treatment in isolation.

The whole treatment is generally finished within an hour for each leg, depending on the extent of veins being treated, and there is no need for a second session as all veins are treated within the same procedure.
