Both Emerson and Brooks have extensive careers as senior human resources and operations executives.

Delta Emerson recently concluded a 13-year career at Ryan LLC, a corporate tax advisory firm, last serving as President of Global Shared Services with responsibility for corporate development, marketing, human resources, information technology, legal services & strategy, and business excellence. While at Ryan and in earlier positions at companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 1000 corporations, she has led transformation initiatives around employee recognition, flexible work environments, social media, and corporate awards. She is a recognized expert and frequent public speaker on topics relating to corporate culture and employee engagement.
