Vitro Biopharma Receives Funding to Expand its Stem Cell Therapies

(OTC PINK: VODG), dba Vitro Biopharma, announced the completion of a bridge loan in the amount of $125,000 and the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") outlining the terms of a larger, subsequent financing to provide a total of not less than $1.7 million. Completion of the subsequent larger financing through the execution of a definitive agreement would initiate the establishment of a stem cell center of excellence in the Grand Cayman Islands. The bridge loan is provided by the Caribbean GC Development Fund, Ltd; a Cayman-based company specifically organized to fund stem cell projects in Grand Cayman.
