Mr. Dave Taylor is starting as the President of Marshall Communications Corp (a wholly owned subsidiary of MSG). Mr. Mike McCormack, the current President of Marshall, is being promoted to the position of Executive Vice President-Strategy & Development at MSG. In this capacity, he will participate in establishing and executing the company's strategic plans and take a leading role in expanding its M&A activities, and will lead the company's efforts to expand its business lines.
