CRYSTAL RIVER, FL / ACCESSWIRE / December 8, 2016 / B-Scada, Inc. (OTC PINK: SCDA) has released a new case study detailing a recent deployment of its IoT platform, Status Device Cloud. Michigan-based manufacturer, Hamilton Engineering, is using Status Device Cloud to monitor and manage its commercial and industrial boilers deployed throughout Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Central and South America.
The case study details Hamilton's needs and expectations, as well as B-Scada's solution.

The solution allowed Hamilton to leverage the new technology without having to completely change its current processes. To facilitate the remote monitoring, Modbus data was routed from the boilers by Hamilton engineers through Advantech's Wzzard cellular gateway over a fully secure, private cellular network provided by Verizon, and then to B-Scada's hosted IoT platform. B-Scada provided the configuration of the hardware and the software in the cloud, as well as the data model design and graphics design services for the application front end. The entire solution was implemented with no programming or custom software development.
