Adds Strength to Fortiline Presence in South Carolina, Georgia
CONCORD, NC / ACCESSWIRE / May 24, 2016 / Fortiline Waterworks (Fortiline), one of the largest waterworks distributors in the United States, announced today it has completed the acquisition of Atlantic Supply & Equipment Company (Atlantic Supply) of Simpsonville, South Carolina. With this acquisition, Fortiline now has 42 distribution branches in 12 states.
Since 1982, Atlantic Supply has served as the customer's single source for pipe, valves, fittings, tools and equipment for underground water, sewer and storm water systems. The company has two locations: 505 West Georgia Road in Simpsonville and 1628 Barton Chapel Road in Augusta, Georgia. Once the transaction has been completed, Atlantic Supply's Simpsonville operations will be transitioned into the existing Fortiline branch located at 28 A.D. Asbury Road in Greenville, South Carolina, and the Augusta location will operate as a new Fortiline branch.
