Gold Bullion Signs MOU on Granada Project With Timiskaming First Nations

Rouyn-Noranda, QC / ACCESSWIRE / January 30, 2015 / Gold Bullion Development Corp. (TSXV: GBB) (OTCPINK: GBBFF) (the "Company" or "Gold Bullion") and Timiskaming First Nations (TFN) have entered into the second stage of their mutually beneficial relationship with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding Gold Bullion's Granada Gold Project near Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, a community with a strong mining history that lies within the Traditional Territories of the TFN.

This agreement solidifies the confidential and ongoing information sharing between the two parties with the aim of maintaining an open, friendly and co-operative working relationship while Granada advances to the next level on both the production and exploration fronts.

This agreement is another significant next step in Gold Bullion's high-grade "rolling start" production initiative. Gold Bullion and the TFN will begin working toward the next agreement which will address issues such as further financial arrangements, training, employment and business opportunities.
