Gatekeeper Systems Receives Notice of Rejection of All Bids From Fort Worth Independent School District

Abbotsford, BC / ACCESSWIRE / January 29, 2015 / Gatekeeper Systems Inc. ("Gatekeeper" or the "Company") (TSX.V: GSI) announces that the Company has received notice from Fort Worth Independent School District ("Fort Worth ISD"), located in Texas, USA, that they have elected to reject all bids in connection with the recently completed Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals for mobile digital video systems (the "RFCSP"). As disclosed on January 20, 2015, the Company was previously issued a Notice of Award to outfit Fort Worth ISD's fleet with Gatekeeper's mobile digital video recording systems pursuant to the RFCSP. Fort Worth ISD has advised the Company that it received protests over the Notice of Award and has therefore elected to reject all bids and advertise for a new solicitation for Mobile Digital Video Systems within the next month.

The Company is reviewing its options with the assistance of legal counsel. Further information will be provided to shareholders once available and as appropriate.
