Knick Vends Ogden Gold Property

Val-d'Or, Quebec / ACCESSWIRE / January 29, 2015 / Knick Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: KNX) has vended one hundred percent (100%) of its interest in the Ogden gold property consisting of eight claims located in the Timmins mining camp to Explor Resources (TSX-V: EXS) in consideration of $50,000 and two million common shares of Explor Resources. All other original Knick holdings are intact.

We support Explor in these difficult times and have availed the company all technical data pertaining to the property.

Knick's holdings consist of the following properties/projects:

  1. 1)The Malartic West Gold Property situated adjacent the Canadian Malartic mine in the Val D'Or mining camp area of Quebec.

  2. 2)The Trecesson gold-tungsten and base-metal property located 70 km north of Val D'Or and 12 km north of Amos, Quebec.

  3. 3)The East-West gold property in the Val D'Or mining camp situated between the properties of Niogold Mining Corporation (TSX-V: NOX) and Wesdome Gold Mines (TSX-T: WDO), host to the Marban deposit and the Kiena Mine complex, respectively.

  4. 4)The Triple Lake gold and base-metal property situated 30 km south of Timmins, Ontario.

We will continue to seek potential option/joint venture partners to advance these properties/projects and will be available for meetings at the PDAC convention in Toronto.
