President and CEO of Fresh Harvest Products, Michael J. Friedman, issued the following statement to shareholders:

"I would like to update our shareholders and the investment community regarding Fresh Harvest's growth strategy as we begin a new year. The Company's primary initiative in 2015 is to become a leading technology solutions provider focused on the mobile, enterprise software and software as a service (SaaS) markets. We intend to accomplish this initially by developing proprietary mobile applications for the health, wellness and other markets as well as engaging in strategic investments and partnerships.

Fresh Harvest plans to develop, license and acquire software and mobile applications that will generate revenue in multiple ways including subscription and advertising fees, purchases and in-app upgrades. Management is pleased to report progress in creating business partnerships that will enable us to launch our first mobile application in the near future and develop unique cloud-based hosting solutions and custom enterprise software platforms to follow.

The Company is also pleased with the progress and expansion of our Art & Commerce Media division and its initiatives to create proprietary digital content. Fresh Harvest plans to continue strategically investing in digital media and related software companies that create synergies and complement our current business operations.
