(OTC Pink: WPKS) (PINKSHEETS: WPKS), has entered an agreement to acquire ownership in Ocean Front Gaming Inc. and Ocean Gaming at Hampton Beach New Hampshire. As the next step in the company's continued charitable gaming efforts in the state, this agreement will further boost World Poker's plans to open up to 4 charitable gaming facilities throughout the state, each offering table games, Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, cash poker and poker tournaments as well as Bingo.
Mr. Anthony Fusco will continue to head up operations for Ocean Gaming and WPKS in Hampton Beach and both are focused on continued growth in table games and lounge business. With recent rules approval by the New Hampshire Gaming Commission WPKS plans for placement of Lucky 7 pull tab machines in early 2015. Along with continued support from WPKS lobbyist and Vice President of Government Affairs, Rick G. Newman, the company will now also benefit from Mr. Fusco's extensive gaming and operations experience as well as consulting and advice from Mr. Newman. Both men are long time New Hampshire charitable gaming operators.
