London-based Sanlam Securities UK has an established small cap mining sector franchise, and specialises in corporate finance, institutional brokerage services, and research and sales for small to mid-sized United Kingdom and African based resource issuers.
The team at Velocity Trade specializes in turn-key services and solutions, as it relates to listings on Canadian Stock Exchanges, mineral property brokering/transactions, due diligence mandates, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate structurings. This alliance will provide small and mid-cap Canadian mining companies with access to European investors, and facilitate UK and European companies' access to projects and turn-key commercial transactions in Canada.
