Celsius(R) Begins Distribution in Brazil with Kickoff Press Conference in Sao Paulo

BOCA RATON, FL / ACCESSWIRE / December 4, 2014 / Celsius Holdings, Inc., (Other OTC: CELH) the creator and marketer of Celsius(R), the world's first Negative Calorie beverage backed by clinical science, along with its distribution partner LATCO BEVERAGES, is excited to announce the launch of Celsius products in Brazil.

The launch of the distribution was unveiled at a press conference held at the Renaissance Hotel in São Paulo on November 25th with distribution partner LATCO BEVERAGES and brand ambassador Emerson Fittipaldi. Fittipaldi, who became a worldwide and Brazilian Celsius brand ambassador in July 2014, is currently the only Brazilian member of the Laureus World Sports Academy, a "Who's Who" association whose roster consists of 46 of the most respected and best living sporting figures from around the world. The Two Time Formula OneWorld Champion and Two Time Indy 500 Race winner spoke about his belief in Celsius' products and the benefits it will have to Brazilian consumers who want to achieve a healthy lifestyle as well as aspiring athletes who want to maintain and accelerate their transformation goals.

Also speaking at the press conference was Fabricio Zanferrari Rocha, Managing Director of LATCO BEVERAGES, who reiterated the emotional and product benefits of Celsius, including that Celsius is shown to burn calories, reduce body fat, energize metabolism, and provide lasting energy. "Celsius is a product with a unique concept in the world. Brazil has the second largest health club industry and São Paulo being the state with the largest number of the country's fitness facilities, is the ideal place for the marketing of this unique, exclusive and innovative product, " he says. "Sao Paulo is our pilot market, with expansion into the other States in the first quarter of 2015," says Rocha. In addition to the press conference to promote Celsius' Brazilian distribution, the brand held exhibitions at the FIA World Endurance Championship's 6 Hours Le Mans of São Paulo race in the main pavilion, in a paddock area where major sponsors and guests sat during the race, as well as in Fittipaldi's private lounge where he hosted 400 influential guests. During the race, which was broadcast around the world, Fittipaldi also drove for Ferrari for the first time in his career since a serious injury in 1996.

LATCO BEVERAGES' Celsius distribution channels within their markets will include health clubsas well as all food and beverage points of sale. Their existing distribution network currently numbers over 100,000 locations.
