The buying price was not officially announced but it was reported to be $2.25 billion, for 65% of the company. Later, Bob Parsons stepped down as CEO & was replaced by Blake Irving.

Ipage & JustHost are web hosting brands owned by the Endurance International Group. EIG recently completed an underwritten public offering of 13,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering. It is a provider of cloud-based platform solutions including wordpress, cpanel & other cms. Endurance has its headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts, & has a presence across Asia and the Americas, and employs over 2,400 people.
