Project Adds Value to increasing Revenues
LAS VEGAS, NV / ACCESSWIRE / November 10, 2014 / Oriens Travel & Hotel Management Corp. (OTC Pink: OTHM) (PINKSHEETS: OTHM), the Next Generation International Hotel Brand Operator recently merged with E-Network de Costa Rica SA ("E-Net") - soon to be formally known as PURE Hospitality Solutions, announced today that the Company has inherited an incredibly valuable, 200,000 sq. foot, pristine land parcel at the exclusively gated Nativa Resort, located in Central Pacific, Costa Rica, as a direct result of the E-Net merger/acquisition.
Situated in one of the most desirable areas just outside of Jaco, the property is poised to fetch a considerable amount of dollars upon its completion. The property can also be sold 'as is' at a profit to the Company.
"Our acquisitions will only get better and more profitable from here," stated Melvin Pereira, President and CEO of Oriens. "We will be building a magnificent house on our spacious lot at Nativa, utilizing the architectural design of Frank Lloyd Wright. Our architect will be building based on a 'wow factor', an unduplicated luxury design, worthy of only the finest buyer."
Having secured the necessary capital via a traditional bank loan, Oriens will commence building the new structure in the early part of the New Year, with an estimated completion by late 3rd Qt. of 2015. The finalized project is expected to be sold for a considerable sum, while remaining a part of the Company's rental revenue pool under the new 'Brand'.
"As we expand our reach throughout Costa Rica, we have other acquisition targets we will explore. All of which will add to the growth, brand exposure, name recognition, revenues and profitability of the Company. In fact, it is already happening," concluded Pereira.
