(CSE:NF) ("New Age" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has engaged Green Venture Capital Group, a public relations group ("Green Venture"), to provide investor relations and shareholder communications services effective November 1, 2014. New Age may terminate the agreement with Green Venture on thirty days' written notice.
