Vacation Rentals at Bahia Encantada Commences Cash Flow at Oriens/Pure

Las Vegas, NV / ACCESSWIRE / October 23, 2014 / Oriens Travel & Hotel Management Corp. (OTC Pink: OTHM) (PINKSHEETS: OTHM), the Next Generation International Hotel Brand Operator, recently merged with E-Network de Costa Rica SA ("E-Net") - soon to be known as Pure Hospitality Solutions, Inc. [pending FINRA approval] - announced today that by customer demand, the Company has begun renting its units at the Bahia Encantada for 'Peak Season' vacationing – having now generated its first revenues ahead of the November schedule.

"As mentioned before, Pereira just can't slow down," stated a Senior Board Member rehashing a previous statement in support of Oriens' new President and CEO, Melvin Pereira.

At the direction of Mr. Pereira, management launched the vacation rental initiative three weeks ahead of schedule. The Company chose to rely on seasoned rental agents to secure the condo/hotel bookings rather than pre-maturely re-launch the FROL (Friendly Reservations Online) hospitality booking engine. The Company is anticipating a steady stream of bookings over the next five months as "the 'Peak Season' is generally one of the most lucrative times for tourism at Jaco Beach," stated Mr. Pereira.

Mr. Pereira continued, "Early on, I spoke about going after the low hanging fruit. When chasing down revenues to build shareholder value, for us, seasonal rentals falls into that category. Our plan is to keep all of our units occupied during the peak season to keep the cash flowing. These revenues will help to reduce capital requirements for operations. As we all know, for any micro-cap company, this means less toxic financing. These revenues will be directed toward unit maintenance, which include upgrades to the units fixed assets and decor."

Management suggests that by directing rental revenues to the continual upgrade of unit tangibles, the overall PURE experience at Bahia Encantada will be enhanced; ultimately contributing to the value and quality of the brand, "by PURE."

Mr. Pereira concluded, "We have accomplished our first order of business - to begin generating fourth quarter earnings. Whether it is through sales or rentals, I am confident revenues will continue to grow."
