APWC has executed an agreement for distribution of L'Alpina 7.3 pH and L'Alpina Sparkling with Chasers Fresh Juice in Canada, http://www.chasersjuice.com/ . Chasers Fresh Juice distributes to 800 Premium Hotels, Restaurants and Stores across Canada and has branded locations in both Toronto and Vancouver. L'Alpina has also completed all required testing for Health Canada and the CFIA. We are pleased to say that L'Alpina water results were exceptional. Health Canada and the CFIA are among the leaders in the world when it comes to standards concerning all food products. This is a testament to our superior water product.
Chasers Fresh Juice has a long standing and exceptional 10 year reputation in Canada for its fresh pressed juices. Chasers Fresh Juice offers an incredible selection of over 1500 juice mixes which are all made with only fresh pressed ingredients. Chasers Fresh Juice has well-established relationships and supplies over 450 premium hotels, restaurants and retail locations in Toronto and over 250 locations in Vancouver. This is tremendous opportunity for distribution of L'Alpina products in Canada. It's also in keeping with our corporate vision of growing L'Alpina Water into a successful global brand. APWC feels this executed distribution agreement with Chasers Fresh Juice can potentially add an additional $1,200,000 in sales per annum. L'Alpina Water (bottled only in glass) and Chasers Fresh Juice service the same health conscious consumer, which is opting for healthy fresh beverages.
APWC started negotiations with Chasers several months ago and executed this distribution agreement last week. Our goal is to continue to expand with strategic distribution relationships in key markets. Currently APWC is also aligning with various event based distribution channels in Southern California and New York.
