Floridian Entrepreneurs Seek Cultivation and Dispensary Licenses for Approval by January 1, 2015

DENVER, CO / ACCESSWIRE / October 16, 2014 / American Cannabis Company Inc. (OTCQB: AMMJ) (the "Company" or "ACC") an industry-specific products and services business, today announced the Company secured a consulting contract in the state of Florida. ACC anticipates generating advisory and consulting revenues pursuant to the contract in the fourth quarter of 2014 and throughout 2015.

The contract focuses on ACC's pre-business planning and application for their Florida-based clients and their newly-established business. ACC expects to leverage this contract to secure additional revenues through long-term consulting contracts and potential sales of ancillary products and services to aid cultivation and dispensary operations.

"Our contract with our new Floridian clients is the first in the state for the very limited number of licenses available statewide," began ACC CEO Corey Hollister. "Our clients intend to receive permission to operate a medical marijuana cultivation facility and secure a dispensing license for patients in Florida. They are very strong team, and fully dedicated to meeting the needs of their patient market. We are also confident in the caliber of their business backgrounds and relationship with the counties they will service. These are critical components of a successful application process as Florida progresses quickly to adopt legislation for the cultivation of medical grade marijuana and the distribution of cannabis through soon-to-be licensed dispensaries."
