New Research Report on Critical Metals and REEs

Thursday, 09 October 2014 05:13 AM

Topic:

London, England / ACCESSWIRE / October 9, 2014 / Yesterday, Canadian analyst Derek Hamill published a research update (also available in German) on the REE market and Commerce Resources Corp. His findings lead to the conclusion that the company is currently completing milestones which will the basis for a potential joint-venture or strategic partnership.

Meanwhile, Commerce's Director, Sven Olsson from Germany, shared a comment on Hamill's report, entitled "Chancen nach dem Hype: Ein frischer Blick auf die ausgebombten Seltene Erden". In a few days, we will be publishing a comprehensive analysis on acid consumption in the REE space and Commerce in particular.

As can be read in the news of September 23, Commerce is about to operate a pilot plant so that a representative sample of a mineral concentrate can be produced. Such a sample could be send to processors worldwide so that they can find out with their facilities, how lucrative it is to extract the REEs from the mineral concentrate.

In this context, it does not surprise us that Commerce did not have any difficulties in raising money in the current climate of collapsing commodity prices. The placement was oversubscribed and exceeded $5 million at a premium of 20% from its current share price and closed within a week.
