Companies to Establish a Proof of Concept for a DNA-Based Solution for Authentication and Chain of Custody
BOCA RATON, FL / ACCESSWIRE / October 7, 2014 / True2Beauty, Inc., (OTC Pink: TRTB) (PINKSHEETS: TRTB), a company that operates an online retailing platform through its True2Bid, Inc. subsidiary, is pleased to announce the signing of a collaboration agreement with Applied DNA Sciences to establish a proof of concept for a unique authenticity and chain of custody solution.
Under the terms of the agreement True2Bid will purchase a SigNature(R) DNA mark and work in conjunction with Applied DNA Sciences to use that mark for applications for certain agreed upon market opportunities. The companies will work together exclusively during an eight month collaboration period to define a proof of concept and test the economic viability of that concept within those specific markets.
