Authority Media Network, LLC Acquires Subscription Site Insider from InfoCommerce Group, Inc.

Boston, MA / ACCESSWIRE / October 1, 2014 / Authority Media Network, LLC, a newly formed media company focused on building a network of trusted business-to-business information and training resources, announced today that it has acquired the Subscription Site Insider division of InfoCommerce Group, Inc., a consulting and research company focused on the data publishing industry. The Subscription Site Insider division consists of the online publications Subscription Site Insider (www.subscriptionsiteinsider.com) and Subscription Content (www.subscriptioncontent.net). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Kathleen Greenler Sexton, Managing Partner of Authority Media Network, will assume the role of CEO and Publisher of the Subscription Site Insider business moving forward. Also announced today, InfoCommerce Group, Inc. and Authority Media Network. LLC have entered in a strategic partnership. The two companies plan to work together on future joint initiatives.
