PETOSKEY, MI / ACCESSWIRE / October 1, 2014 / Rotate Black, Inc. (OTC: ROBK) announced today that it has entered into a joint development and license agreement with Global Gaming Group Asia, LTD for the advancement of the Company's centralized Slot Bingo system.

Bingo based platforms, classified as Class II games, have a distinct fee advantage for tribal casinos, but rarely used because of slow legacy platforms that provide little competition to their Las Vegas style Class III counterparts.

SlotOne, by combining a catalog of proven and successful slot games with an advanced Class II platform provides a competitive advantage and robust savings to its licensed casino operators without degrading their clients gaming experience.

Market

US Casino Market reached a total of $91.9 billion in 2012 revenue. Indian casinos accounted for 28% or $25.7 billion of this market. There are 470 tribal casinos owned by 242 federally recognized tribes operating in 28 of the 50 United States.

SlotOne's fast paced player centric games were developed to meet the needs and wants of this growing market and to provide competitive advantage for tribal casinos facing increased competition from the proliferation of legalized gaming.

The Company plans to fully deploy its Class II gaming machines in: Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Oregon, Mississippi, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, New York, Oklahoma, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin.
