All the nominee directors listed in the Intercept AGM information circular were elected as directors. The number of Directors is now set at 5 from 6 in in the past year, with the Directors for the ensuing year being: Randy Hayward, Herbert Towning, Richard Oravec, Mervyn Pidherney, and Marvin Jones.
At the AGM, shareholders also voted in favor of:
Grant Thornton LLP., Chartered Accountants as the auditors for the ensuing year and authorizing the directors to fix their remuneration; and approved the Company's 20% set stock option plan for a maximum of up to 24,371,959 options available to be granted until the next AGM.
