(TSX-V: JFI) ("Jemi Fibre" or the "Company") announces that Mike Jenks has replaced Michael Ainsworth as CEO of the Company and that Brent Lokash has replaced Michael Ainsworth as President of the Company. The Company's board of directors thanks Mr. Ainsworth for his service and wishes him success as he pursues other opportunities.
