Bayport International Holdings, Inc. (BAYP) Update to the Brown Lease in McIntosh County, Oklahoma
Tulsa, OK / ACCESSWIRE / September 8, 2014 / Bayport International Holdings, Inc. (OTC Pink: BAYP) Recently we announced a rework and completion program on the Brown number 5 & number 2, which Bayport had entered into a JV with Downhole Energy, LLC. To operate and produce such wells. We would like to update our shareholders and are pleased with the results thus far.
Downhole Energy, LLC started the final work towards completion of well #5 on September 5 2014. Logging and perforating crews were on site. The company ran the collar locating tool down the hole to 3170 below the Cromwell sands. We then tripped back up out of the hole and set up the perforate. At 12:30 p.m. 9/6/2014 we shot the Crowley sands with 16 shots of .52 inch diameter shots of perforating balls as simultaneous explosives .42 inches into the formation with react again creating another explosion. The Crowell took it well.
Then we tripped out of the hole and counted the shots to ensure they all went off. Set the well head back on with good pressure. This week we will test the gas and swab well #5 thus putting into production. Directly after well # 2 will be completed. There are two taps to enter along with two natural gas purchasers already in place. Bayport will keep shareholders up to date as we go into further production.
