Cardiff Issues Incentive Stock Options

(the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS") announces that it has granted incentive stock options to certain directors and consultants to purchase up to 700,000 common shares under the Company's 10% rolling stock option plan (the "Plan"). The Plan received shareholder approval at its last Annual General Meeting held June 27, 2014. The options granted are for a five year period expiring September 2, 2019 at an exercise price of $0.10 per share. This transaction is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
