Mission Ready reports that it has completed an incentive stock option program for its employees, key consultants, and management team. Management believes that it is very important to have employees incentivized to perform at an above average level. These are the front line folks who are critical to the Company's performance and as a result increasing shareholder value. Varying metrics for determining the vesting of the options will be used for each business unit and class of employee within those units to achieve appropriate results.
Mission Ready announces that it has granted a total of 4,565,000 options to consultants, employees, officers and directors. The options will vest as an individual meets or exceeds a certain level of performance. This period of time is estimated to be over a three to five year period. Each option entitles the holder the right to acquire one Class A Share of the Corporation at an exercise price of $0.25 per Class A Share and expires ten years from the date of issue.
