Alabama Graphite Announces Departure of Director

Black has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company to focus on other interests.

Mr. Black's resignation takes effect August 1, 2014. The Company's Board of Directors wishes him the very best in his future endeavors and thanks him for his contributions to the Board and the Company. Mr. Black has been a member of the Board since October 31, 2012.
