Auxellence Sets Share Distribution Record Date

VANCOUVER, BC, / ACCESSWIRE / Friday July 18th, 2014 / Auxellence Health Corporation (CSE:AID) (the "Company" or "Auxellence") is pleased to announce that it will be implementing the approved Plan of Arrangement spin-off of four wholly owned subsidiary companies:1001872 BC Ltd., 1001875 BC Ltd., 1001876 BC Ltd., and 1001886 BC Ltd., to Auxellence Health Corporation shareholders of record on July 18, 2014 (the "Share Distribution Record Date").

No action is required by Auxellence shareholders in order to receive shares of the subsidiary companies. Shareholders entitled to receive shares will receive a DRS advice reflecting their ownership of the subsidiary companies' shares, respectively, or their brokerage account will be credited with the shares. Auxellence shareholders will retain their Auxellence share certificates or DRS Advices.
