Boreal Water Collection Won a Prestigious Superior Taste Award

KIAMESHA LAKE, NY / ACCESSWIRE / July 16, 2014 / Boreal Water Collection, Inc. (OTC:BRWC) announced today negotiations with a major distributor in Asia that would purchase the 'Baby-Water' product in large quantities. This would require only 8% capacity of both of Boreal's protected wells which are compromised of 379M liters annually on site and another 200M liters annually at their offsite spring well. The contract value is approximately $24M over a 36 month period. The company will disclose the details of the results of these negotiations as soon as they are finalized.

"Water plays an essential role in the life of pregnant women, young mothers and babies around the world. It is therefore essential, for both the mother and baby to choose the water that's best adapted to all of their needs. Boreal's 'Baby-Water' product meets all of those needs. The negotiations are going very well with our Asia group and it plays a critical role for our 2015 forecast in revenues." Stated Francine Lavoie, CEO.

In 2012, Boreal Water Collection won prestigious Superior Taste Awards with 2 stars from The International Taste and Quality Institute (iTQi) from Brussels, Belgium. The international recognition is a coup for both natural spring sources, as the tough judging panel is made up of some of Europe's leading chefs and sommeliers. The blind test centered around five criteria: visual aspect, aroma, taste, texture and overall assessment.

Boreal Water comes from the New York Catskill Mountains, lying deep inside thick, impermeable layers of prehistoric clay. The spring is naturally isolated from any possible surface drainage or run off. Exceptional geological and geographical factors have created the perfect environment for Boreal's 'Baby-Water' perfect water, while tributary pools from the enormous surrounding area feed the main water source, locked in subterranean gathering shelves. Comprised of rock from the Precambrian Era, among the oldest on Earth at over 600 Million years, the crystalline shelves create a dense, natural filtration system. This unhurried 60 year process through mineral rich stone gives Boreal's water its incomparable purity and superior taste. Boreal water's in-ground temperature is 8 degree C which maintains its perfectly balanced mineral composition and creates its incredibly crisp structure.
