Cardiff Enters Into Agreement to Drill Multi-Zone Prospect

(the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS"), is pleased to announce it will participate in the drilling of an oil and gas well to test the Gardner Lime zone at a depth of 4045 ft. in Runnels County, Texas with Martin Energies, LLC the operator. A number of wells close to the drilling location have successfully produced from the Gardner Lime. During the drilling of this well a number of formations in addition to the Gardner Lime are expected to be encountered. These include the Gardner Sand, Jennings Sand, Jennings Lime and the Palo Pinto Lime. All of these zones are productive in the area.

Cardiff continues to review a number of additional drilling prospects that have been presented to them and the Company will make a determination as they reach a more advanced stage of readiness.

As well, Cardiff and management have mutually agreed to cancel the existing consulting agreements and accrued management consulting fees with its directors and officers.
