According to PREP Co-Founder Michele Jaffe, “We look forward to a prosperous partnership with Fresh Promise Foods as our anchor PREP member.” Continued Jaffe, “Kevin and his team share our vision to build and support local food businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs by providing state-of-the-art commercial kitchen space, resources, and guidance.  Fresh Promise not only comes into our community as a member, but as a strategic resource to us and our other members.  Their business and marketing background is unparalleled,” concluded Jaffe.
