Big North Graphite Applies to Extend Warrants

Vancouver, British Columbia, February 11, 2014 - Big North Graphite Corp (TSX-V: NTE) (the "Company" or "Big North"), announces that the Company has made an application to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") to extend the term of outstanding warrants as follows:

  • - 4,412,500 warrants that are set to expire on June 13, 2014 will be amended to expire on June 13, 2015. These warrants were originally issued on December 13, 2011 as part of the units issued under a private placement completed by the Company in December 2011; and

  • - 3,216,500 warrants that are set to expire on August 15, 2014 will be amended to expire on August 15, 2015. These warrants were originally issued on February 15, 2012 as part of the units issued under a private placement completed by the Company in February 2012.

All other terms and conditions of the warrants, including the exercise price of $0.15, remain unchanged. Each warrant is exercisable for one common share of the Company.

The amendment is subject to the approval of TSXV.
